Cacao Mobile respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Services to do the same. This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to help@cacaomobile.net.

Your notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act

2. Our Response

After receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content, notify the user who posted it where appropriate, and take other steps required by applicable law.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to help@cacaomobile.net. Include the removed content, your contact details, and a statement explaining why removal was mistaken.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or submit infringing content.
